Honestly, since I started taking all the supplements, I have not gotten sick at all. Last year, I didn't get sick, not once. My little got sick maybe once. And my eldest doesn't really take it, and kept getting sick. After suffering with stomach issues all of my life. I have been on every form of nausea meds you can think of from regular pill, dissolvable tablet, liquid, and gel.
